Seller and sales process
The seller is RG Gemstones; the legal seller name will be identified in the written quotation before payment, operating from Oak Park, California. The website does not provide online checkout. A sale begins with an enquiry and is formed only when RG Gemstones issues or confirms a written quotation, the customer accepts the stated terms, availability is reconfirmed and payment arrangements are approved.
Pricing, trade pricing and tax
Prices are in the stated currency. Price on Request requires a written quotation. Approved trade pricing is confidential to the authenticated account and may change before acceptance. Trade approval does not create resale-tax exemption. California and other applicable taxes will be determined for each transaction; exemption requires valid documentation and administrator verification.
Availability and reservations
Gemstones are subject to prior sale. Holds are exceptional, must be expressly confirmed by RG Gemstones and may expire under the written terms of the hold. An enquiry alone does not reserve a stone.
Descriptions and disclosures
The individual gemstone page and written quotation identify the stone, weight, dimensions, natural or laboratory-created status, treatment, condition, origin support and laboratory information where applicable. Geographic origin is stated only when manually entered and supported. A laboratory report is an independent opinion and does not guarantee value. Photographs aim for accuracy, but screens can render color differently; carat is weight, not physical size.
Payment and verification
Payment instructions will be provided through a secure external method. RG Gemstones does not collect full card numbers or CVV on this website. Orders may require confirmed billing and shipping information, identity or fraud review, bank transfer, cleared funds or additional security before shipment.
Shipping
Initial sales and shipping are intended for United States customers. Carrier, timing, insurance, signature and delivery terms will be stated before payment. Shipment delays are handled under the Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Final sale and remedies
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where RG Gemstones authorizes a return in writing or applicable law requires a remedy. The Returns / Final Sale Policy applies to change of mind, incorrect items, materially incorrect descriptions and verified shipping damage.
Acceptance and governing law
Before payment, the customer must affirmatively acknowledge these Terms of Sale, the Shipping Policy and the Returns / Final Sale Policy. California law governs, subject to non-waivable consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules. Reasonable limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
