Service area
Initial sales and shipping are intended for addresses within the United States. International enquiries may be considered manually, but international purchasing is not offered through the website.
Carrier and timing
RG Gemstones may use FedEx, UPS or an appropriate specialist carrier. The carrier and service level will be confirmed before payment. Any shipping estimate is made in good faith. If RG Gemstones cannot ship within the promised period, or within the period required by applicable law when no date is promised, the customer will be offered the legally required choice to consent to delay or receive a prompt refund.
Security
Tracking is required. For shipments valued above $250, signature and appropriate shipment insurance or security are required. Ordinary carrier declared value is not represented as equivalent to insurance. RG Gemstones may use specialized jewelry or gemstone shipment coverage.
Damage or delivery problems
Report visible damage, loss or an incorrect item promptly and preserve all packaging and documents. RG Gemstones may request photographs, carrier records and return of the stone for examination. Remedies remain subject to applicable law.
