All sales are final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RG Gemstones does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind. Before approving a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing the actual-stone photographs and videos, specifications, dimensions, weight, treatment and condition disclosures, laboratory reports where applicable, price and shipping terms.

Incorrect item, material error or shipping damage

This policy does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact RG Gemstones promptly if the incorrect gemstone was sent, the description was materially incorrect, or shipping damage can be verified. RG Gemstones will review the evidence and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Exceptional discretionary returns

A discretionary return is never promised. If RG Gemstones exceptionally authorizes one in writing, authorization must be obtained before shipment. The customer must use secure, tracked and fully insured shipping and may be required to use express or next-day service. The customer pays return shipping unless RG Gemstones is responsible for the problem. The gemstone, laboratory report and supplied documents must be returned in unchanged condition.
