Reginald Greindl brings together gemological analysis and the practical disciplines of fine jewelry. His work moves from identifying and evaluating a gemstone to understanding how it can be set, handled, and observed in detail. Beyond the lab and the bench, gemstone travel is one of his enduring passions, from mine visits and gem dealers to international shows.

Under magnification, inclusions reveal growth structures, mineral crystals, healed fissures, and other features created during a gemstone's formation. Reginald documents these internal landscapes through microphotography, bringing together observation, identification, and visual study.
